Logistics Coordinator
Coordinate inbound shipments, warehouse operations and last-mile distribution across the UAE and GCC. Own SLAs, stock accuracy and cost-per-order for a fast-growing distribution business.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound freight, customs clearance and delivery orders
- Coordinate warehouse receiving, put-away and dispatch
- Own dispatch SLAs across UAE (48h) and GCC lanes
- Track stock accuracy, ageing and shrinkage weekly
- Liaise with 3PLs and last-mile partners on performance
Requirements
- 3+ years FMCG or distribution logistics experience
- Working knowledge of UAE customs and free-zone flows
- ERP / WMS proficiency (Sage X3 / SAP / Odoo)
- Strong Excel and reporting fundamentals
Nice to have
- Arabic language
- Experience with fast-moving FMCG
