Which markets do you cover?
We distribute across the UAE and Saudi Arabia through modern trade and pharmacy, and ship worldwide through e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon and Noon.
Do you offer exclusive territory rights?
Yes. For committed partners we offer exclusive GCC or country-level distribution agreements, typically for 2–3 years with performance milestones.
Can you handle product registration?
Yes. We manage Dubai Municipality, MOHAP and SFDA registration files, Arabic labelling and compliance documentation.
How fast can my brand reach shelves?
Once registration is approved, our typical speed-to-shelf is around 21 days in the UAE.
What marketing support do you provide?
In-store merchandising, promoter programmes, marketplace listing optimisation, influencer seeding and trade promotions.

What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQs vary by brand. Most UAE retail orders start from one mixed carton per SKU; export orders are quoted per pallet or container.
Why does the catalog show 'Price on request'?
Pricing depends on channel, volume and territory. Contact us with the SKUs you are interested in and we reply with a tailored price list.
What are your delivery lead times?
48 hours within the UAE, 5–7 days to KSA, and 7–14 days for international export, depending on shipping mode.
What payment terms do you offer?
New accounts start on advance payment or LC. Credit terms are available for established retail chains after review.
Can I become a sub-distributor in my country?
Yes — use the contact form and choose 'Become our distributor'. We review your coverage, channels and capability.
